California Healthcare Insurance Company, Inc., A Risk Retention Group (CHI) successfully conducted business in the state of Nevada for almost ten years using its California name.  As part of the state expansion effort started in 2014, a dba name was applied for in the state of Nevada and approved through several counties.  As a result of the approval process, CHI is authorized to do business as Nevada Healthcare Insurance Company, A Risk Retention Group (NHI) in the related counties in the state of Nevada.
